The motor runs, but, isn't turning something in the main body, therefore, the sewing head has no power. Please help!

If you have an external motor, make sure the screws have not come loose on the motor pulley, make sure the stop motion is tight, make sure the belt is not slipping, make sure you do not have any thread sttuck in the machine
