Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Have you done the media sensor calibration? You can do this by press menu button on yoour printer then scroll down look for media sensor calibration., The purpose of media calibration is to detect the paper that you are using to your printer., MOst of the time do ing the calibration will solve issue., Now if you still encounter same problem ther might be a problem on the printer or on the pritnhead., You need to call kodak 1 800 421 6699, I think the printhead is free of charged you may request for printhead replacement
