I would first make sure that there is not a build up of dust clogging the fan, or air intake area. If the temp indicator comes on immediately, when the set is first turned, on then it is likely the fan itself, or related control circuitry has failed. If you can see the fan, simply look to see if the blades are rotating. If they are not, and you can access the fan, check for simple solutions. The fan should have a cable and plug - make sure the plug is seated fully. Check to ensure no wiring, or other obstruction, is preventing the fan from rotating. If the set runs for an extended period and does not shut down it is also possible there is defect in the fan/temp sensing circuitry. This would be more of an annoyance issue. There are fail safe circuits to turn off the unit if it gets too warm.

LFXS29626S LG refrigerator not cooling.

Sounds like one of two possibilities:
1) Loose connection, since it works intermittently after you push/pull/change something
2) A problem with the main control board. Everything from the cooling system to the lights to the fans to the ice maker are managed and controlled by the control board. Some boards have flashing LED indicators to help trouble shoot problems.

How do you get it to kick in ?.Fid you spin it by hand ,if that's what you did and fan runs then you have a bad capicator. If fan runs fine in cooling and not in heat then you have a bad board

My projector is overheated with temp light flashing. how can I fix it?

If only the TEMP light is flashing, then it means the fan has broken down. You will need to send it to Dell to get it fixed.

I changed the air compressor and the dashboard control panel last year and it has done ok. Now the temp. fan and the compressor fan won't kick in and the air compressor won't kick in also. Checked all...

You say temp fan?If you mean the cooling fans, then the ac is out of freon most likely, the freon has to be in the system, and enough to kick the compressor on,therefore turning the cooling fan on.

Arcoair central heat /air conditioning unit

The blower motor kicks on when there has been a 24 volt control failure.

This usually means that a limit switch has tripped.

Most likely that would be a high temp limit switch or a rollout switch.

First, make sure the filters are clean. and the evap coil is clean. If eaither are dirty/clogged, it will partially block airflow, causing the furnace to overheat, causing the high temp limit to trip.

A rollout switch typically trips for three reasons.
1 flame rollout into the burner compartment due to poor airflow.
2 overheating af teh metal plate the rollout is mounted to, due to dirty, old, rusted components.
3 a bad limit switch.

If your unit has an LED light, count the flashes and it will hepl popint out the problem.
(locate the wiring diagram/flash code list, and correspond the flash count, with the code.)

First, check filters.

What does 2 flashing lights mean on an xbox 360?

The two red flashing lights on the left side of the circle indicate the thermal limit has been reached. (over-heating) Check to see if the fan on the back of the unit is blowing air. There are external fans that can be added to keep the GPU. (Graphics Processing Unit) and CPU (Central Processing Unit) temp down. Keeping the temp down can prevent the dreaded RRD. (Red Ring of Death) Here is link as an example of a cooling fan. http://www.gamerepairparts.com/xbox-360-cooling-.html
Shop around and find one that you like. Remember, when it comes to these computer chips, cooler is safer.

Furnace won't kick on

Downstream of your fan discharge there is a little plastic assy. most likely that will have a pickup tube and a piece of vinyl or latex tubing attached. First check to make sure that the pick up tube and/or tubing does not have a restriction. If it is clean use an ohm meter to read resistance across the switch to verify it is operating.
