Question about Western Digital Elements powered by WD 320 GB External USB (WDE1U3200N) Hard Drive
I purchased 1 WD elements 1TB. I have pluged it in and I get a blue light on. In My Computer I can see the WD logo for Drive E. I click on it but nothing happens. I don't get a Registration screen, installation screen or anything. I have e mailed WD but got no answer. Thanks
Right click on the drive , format it and it should work, if this not solves your problem go to the shop and use your warranty, it may be broken.
