When it displays "www.apple.com/support/ipod", it is showing you the url that you want to go to. To go to this url, open up firefox or internet explorer and type in the url into the white bar at the top, and press 'enter' on the keyboard. The url it gave you is actually apple's official website. Showing you the url to go to is the ipod's default message if something is wrong with it. Going to the URL will most likely answer why it is showing you the message in the first place, as it is apple's official web page for getting help with your ipod.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
