Check if your battery is fixed on it`s place.shake the phone and if it turns off that means your battery it`s moving inside (so you must enter a piece of paper folded between the back of the phone and the battery to keep it pressed). if this doesn`t solve the problem try a software update with a data cable ( www.nokia.com should offer you some assistance for this). if you still have the problem that means you must take it to a service for professional attendance.
