F10 error is: Runaway Temperature
what you can do:
1. (F10 only) Check *RTD
Sensor Probe & replace if necessary. If oven is overheating,
disconnect power. If oven continues to overheat when the power is
reapplied, replace EOC. Severe overheating may require the entire oven
to be replaced should damage be extensive.

please rate this and check fixya if it has answered what the f10 error is. for safety reasons I wouldn't use it if it tends to keep getting way over heated until you have replaced what I said above or have had it serviced.
