Lense and display problem

My sony cyber shot is a year old, and out of no where began displaying "access" on the screen, the lense would open and close, zooming each time, about 3 -4 times every time I turn it on. The screen says to turn it off and then on again, but that does nothing. The yellow light on the back at the top of the camera flashes, so I tried charging it, but that didn't do anything. Any help would be greatly appriciated!!
