Question about Computers & Internet
You didn't mention the model of the printer, but if the system isn't printing color, the first thing to do is replace the color cartridge with a NEW one and then run a head alignment.
If it still doesn't print color, run the head cleaning process 10 to 15 times in a row, (If the printer model has a seperate head, the nozzles may be clogged with dried ink and multiple passes are required to dislodge it)
If that doesn't resolve, then depending on the model, generally is it cheaper to replace a printer than to get one repaired after the (cost of shipping and labor)
If you replay back with the make and model I can give more specific recommendations.
