This problem is more than likely to be caused by damage to the wire going to the secondary speaker. For example if the speakers have been moved around alot, the wiring can get twisted and cause a break internally. Therefore causing a short. This may not be the case with your problem but I hope it helps

Volume control keys on my jbl creature 3 speakers are not working what to do

If you remove the knob and Put a very small amount of WD40 down at the base this can help clean and lubricate the Knob inside. This sometimes cures the problem. If not the volume knob will need to be replaced i included a link to a page that shows The knob and it is just 2 wires. The volume knob can be picked up at a radio shack.

When playing on high volume the treble dissapear. I have a 2.6kw Cerwin amp. And Clsc 215 speakers. No bi- wire on my speakers. When I lower the volume the treble returnes. What is wrong???

Sounds like your overpowering the horns and the circuit breaker is tripping to prevent them from blowing. You are running more power then they can handle. You can turn down the volume or will have to purchase higher wattage horns...

A Fender 15G starter amp. The Volume is on full, however turning the knob down wont turn down the volume. I took off the knob but it appears to look ok. What else could I do to fix this problem?

The controll is broke and needs to be replaced. Most likley the amp had fallen over. If you cannot do this you can contack Pro Line Music 215-736-8055

I am having problems with the volume knob. The

That is a dirty pot switch.. The volume adjusting pot gets dirty.. Two things to try..

1.) With the unit off - spinn the volume min to max many many times at a rapid pace.. This sometimes will displace the debris in the pot..

If that does not work --

2.) Get some "tuner cleaner" in a spray can.. At Radio Shack or a similar store.. Lay the radio on its back so the volume knob is facing up.. Pull the knob off carefully.. Use short controlled bursts of the spray.. A few sprays and spin the knob min to max several times and repeat..

Good luck..

Since it has been working perfectly, you need you change the control knob, there may be a pershal contact that is preventing it from controlling the volume.
