Question about Brother IntelliFAX 1940CN Plain Paper Inkjet Fax
Black cartrdige ran out. Have replaced it and it tells me no cartridge and to re-install. I replace/take otu check everythinga and replace. Going round in circles here, doing my head in !
Putting orginal back has same effect, it just does not recognise that the cartridge has been replaced !
Help someone please
When machine says ink is out and it really is not...put a blank label over the spine (thinest part of the cartridge). This will rick the machine and allow you to continue printing.....

One of your colour cartridges will be empty. Check them and replace if empty. Turn the machine off then on and it should display which one it is. Its bug in the machines software when two cartridges run out at the same time and only fisrt one displays as out, then the second reads as no cartridge because it is that empty.
