On that model fan the glass globe should unscrew to get to the bulbs if not they are replaced by going between the blades & the motor to the space in between.
The only way is to get in touch with Westinghouse , contact them through their website and post your query or take the details of the office near to your area, call and confirm.<br />

hope I could help
Turbo swirl does actually mean anything it's just a description given by the manufacturer to make the fan sound good and appeal to your senses by making you think it works good. You need to look at the specs on the box and see if it has a recommended square footage of space for the usage. It could also give you something more specific regarding air flow but it may not even have this information. In my opinion I think this fan will be fine for only a 12 by 12 room.
If you mean sockets for more bulbs then yes a different light kit can add more socket. If you mean that you need to be able to add a dimmer as well as a fan speed control, that should also be available in the head where the wires for the light kit hook up. One will be labeled Light, and the other will be labeled Motor. Both will have screw on terminator caps attached at the end.
As I understand it, yo need a new globe or shade for your Westinghouse Ceiling Fan. I;m happy to make this suggestion for you.
Home Depot and Lowes both carry a wide selecction of replacement parts for ceiling fans. You may find a direct replacement or something similar which will please you for your fan. You may find something at your local hardware store or electric supply house. There may be several FixYa.com advertisers which can provide you with the parts you require.
