I can't find any of those models that come with a light . Try using some WD-40 around the edge of the glass & push up on the glass (gently) then twist counter clockwise. Can you send a pic of fan? [email protected]
That bulb MAY require a 12V. power supply.Inside the fan housing. They overheat and just go bad.
The socket may have overheated and damaged the contacts that the bulb must have. The bulb has a number on it and that is the key-ask the hardware person about that bulb. "Google" the number, also. That's easier.
If you haven't changed all the batteries in the remote controlled system, now is the time to do so. Keep in mind, there is a battery(s) in the hand held remote and in the receiver inside the cowling of the fan. When changing batteries, ALL batteries should be changed at the same time.
There is more than one battery that needs to be changed. There's another one in the receiver, inside the fan's cowling, on top of the fan. Also, make sure the wall switch is ON, after you change the second battery.
Hello :
The problem here is not with bulbs neither the remote but it must with the PCB [ printed circuit board ] inside the fan .. for more information please check this link .
I hope this will help .

hi thanks for the question that noise is the fan in the freezer.you replace the fan motor the water disp problem is the little switch inside the freezer door difficult to get at please accept with a positive feed back thanks the appliance doc
Chech the fans rotation , the fan is suppose to blow air out the top, also if you changed the fan out ,check for the blade on right, its suppose to scoop the air from the inside and blows it out the top,, also replace the capicator...sounds to me like the motors getting too hot and tripping on internal ly high temp. Hey, slow down "Big Money"! The problem is around the fan location! Thank-you-very-much!
if i read the english right, the compressor runs but the freezer fan only runs for a short time. no fan then no cooling.
there is a fan stat so that the fan only runs when the evap is down to temp. this may be faulty. also on some hotpoint, the fan switches off when door opened. check door switch operating ok. this may also explain problem with fridge lamp
