Question about Dell Latitude D520 Notebook
I have a vibration looking on two spots in the "upper" part of my screen on both left and right hand, this vibration is visible when i tilt the screen and let it go. Looks the same if you put your fingers on the back of the screen.
You have a bad LCD screen and need to replace it. See if it is still under warranty from the Manufacturer. Not much more you can do. Good Luck...
