- Press Additional functions button.
- Press Function.
- Error (choice).
- Error code choice (wait).
- Press Reset button and (wait)
- Right power supply will turn off.
- Right power supply will turn on.
[Phenomenon] Error code E075 [Cause] Because of the factors listed below, some problems may occur in the controls to prevent the transfer belt shifting to one side due to malfunctions of the swing motor assembly and in such a case error code E075 gets displayed. 1) Sliding fault of the part A in the Fig.1 2) Deformation of the sheet metal of the swing motor assembly [Factory measures] 1) The resinous material has been added, as shown in the Fig. 2, to improve sliding. 2) The reinforcing sheet metal has been added, as shown in the Fig. 2, to prevent deformation of the sheet metal of the swing motor assembly.
When the error code E075 gets displayed, run checks as described in the Service Bulletin CLC1000-005 (CAUSE OF PROBLEMS BROUGHT ABOUT BY ERRORS OF THE TRANSFER BELT MECHANISM). If the error code E075 still gets displayed even after running the checks, replace the old swing motor assembly with the new type by, following the instructions on removing the transfer belt swing motor assembly described on page 4-50 of the Service Manual.

8 error code just means that the ink absorber is full and needs to be
replaced. Power cycling will not help this problem. You need to
replace the absorber and reset the counter
Did you recently clear RCON and tried to due a CCD adjust? The problem could be the that the left side glass retainer changed or mared or has a doc feeder been added or removed. There is a bar code on the under side of it. The part number for the 1000/3100 is FF5-4662-020, the 2400 FF5-8802-000
