Question about Wacom (PTZ930AC) Graphic Tablet
I have a wireless tablet won't switch on. Have replaced and recharged the battery. The battery light is showing green but the switch doesn't light up and the tablet isn't responding to the pen or mouse tool
The power on switch is faulty. replace it. The battery is fine as there is green light meaning that it is supplying the current. And since the power switch is not lighting up it is faulty. If replaced, the tablet will function correctly.
