My calculator is completely non responsive. When I hit the on button, the calculator cursor comes up but does not blink or allow me to type anything in. I have to hold the on button to keep the cursor...

It sounds as if the batteries are dead. If you are having to hold the power button on to keep the cursor on the screen, that is because the batteries only have enough power to flash a cursor, holding the power key means that the flash is constant. Try changing the batteries, this should solve the problem.

Cannot access to bios when you turn on,only a cursor that blink you can see.

The blinking cursor signals the fact that the BIOS can't load the OS from the hard disk. Reset the BIOS by removing the battery for 5 minutes then start again keeping the F2 key pressed. If the BIOS doesn't shows then the motherboard is dead, replace it.

The cursor blinks as a checkered black square and keys don't work

The memory of the calculator is ful,l that is why you cannot enter anything anymore. You must clear the RAM of the calculator.
Press [2nd][MEM][7:Reset][1:All Ram][2:Reset][ENTER]. Press CLEAR to clear the Ram Cleared Message.
If that does not work, pull the main batteries out of calculator and leave them out for a while (a few hours). Then reinsert them.

Hope it helps.
