If you connect the computer directly to the modem, does it work ? If it works that way then your internet is working. You will need to check the setting of the router or may be you will need to reconfigure the router. For this you will need to open the router set up. Click Here for step by step solutions

Wireless Router No Longer Connecting

Check the LAN cable between the router and the internet modem and try another cable. Obviously rebooting both is orth a try.

The final solution is a factory reset of your router. You can do a factory reset by logging into the router using you browser. Go to the settings and perform a factory reset

If you forgot the router password, you ill have to do a factory reset by locating a small hold on the back of the router and insert the tip of of paper clip for about 10 seconds while the power is on. The router will be reset to out of box status and then you can set-up form scratch.

Blitzz Router

Ah, you can no longer use the modem or the Blitzz screen to connect to your Internet connection. You'll need to patch another Ethernet cord from the router to your Ethernet port on your computer and it should automatically connect. If you still get prompted to dial, open up Internet Explorer and ignore any prompts to dial and then click Tools, then Internet Options, then click the Connections tab at the top, then click the selection to Never Dial a Connection. Confirm your choice by clicking OK and then try browsing the Internet like usual.

Router works except for the wireless FEATURE!

If you disconnect it from the internet (i.e. unplug the internet cable) the router will not be able to communicate with the internet - therefor it will not work. Leave the router connected until you no longer require internet use, then simply turn it off.
