My printer canon pixma IX4000, have service error 5C00. please help the solution. Thanks a lot before..

It is carriage error, purge unit error or main board problem.

Take it to Cannon or service center to fix the problem.

If it is too expensive to repair, just buy another unit.

Sometimes it is better.

If still under warranty, then claim your warranty.

Model Cannon MX310 - replaced ink cartridge, both black and color. Window states, check ink - black and color. Will not work. Replaced with new cartridges again. Still will not work

Is the carriage unit moving? If not the carriage motor is defective. If moving the problem is in the carriage unit or logic board assembly.

Dear Bill,
Flashing 5 times in orange indicates that print head error occurs so it cannot be detected properly by the printer. To make it sure, install a good print head in the printer. Is the problem fixed?. If the problem still persist, carriage part may be faulty. Overall, the print head is the most faulty part in this case. So, you need to replace the print head with new one.

Solve error 5100.cannon pixma 145 error always out # 5100

5100 error is a carriage error. Could be caused by the carriage unit, timing strip, logic board or carriage motor. Check that nothing is obstructing the carriage from moving freely and that the clear timing strip is ok.
