It seems as though there may be 2 different issues: #1.Webcam #2.Earphones. I'll offer a possible solution for each one of them:
------------------------ 1).WEBCAM If you don't have a crystal eye webcam shortcut on your desktop then do the following: •Click Start (lower left-hand of screen) •Select Run •Copy and paste this in the Run window (include quotation marks): "C:\Program Files\ACER Crystal Eye webcam\Acer Crystal Eye webcam.exe" •Click ok The Crystal Eye webcam will become activated ------------------------ 2).EARPHONE The audio output settings can be managed from the control panel as follows: •Click Start (lower left-hand of screen) •Select Control Panel •Select Sounds •Select the speaker and click properties. Check the properties settings and make sure the speaker is enabled and working ok ------------------------

Click "Acer Crystal Eye webcam" next to the small icon. (NOTE: Do not select the one that just says "Crystal Eye". It is only an icon, not the program.)

Click Finish.
Icon appears on desktop. Double-click the icon to begin the program.
