Fax confirmations printing dark

The fax confirmaiton sheets for are HP LaserJet 3330mfp fax machine are printing very dark, you can hardly read them. We have lightened the settings, but that did not help.

Changing the toner did the trick. Thanks!!!

change the toner cartridge , if it doesn't solved your probleme then it is probably that you have a defective Laser/scanner ( turning on laser continuously )
