How do i remove the chuck from my model f-450 porche metal lathe any help would be very much apprecated

Chucks are usually screwed in counter-clockwise. And there may be a button to push in. Chucks by nature are very difficult to remove, I myself would search Google for a F-450 Porche Metal Lathe User Manual because if you are twisting in the wrong direction, you are actually tightening it, and it takes enough effort to remove it without tightening it further. Fastening a "T" bar within the chuck and giving the bar a tap tap helps break the initial inertia strength required.
A user manual would be the best bet or call Porche customer service and ask for their parts & repair department phone number for either the manual or verbal assistance.

Thermostat housing bolts wont tighten up

Pull the housing off and check if the threads are stripped where the bolts screw in. On aluminum, threads can get easily stripped from over tightening. A shop can use tap and die tools to rethread the holes. It shouldn't cost too much.

Most likely you have a stripped out "disc feed screw."
This is a common problem I see several times a month in the field.
The stripped out portion of the screw is near the end of the feed range obviously.

The plate that the mount screws to is loose how do i tighten it?

You mean the one you have pictured there? It has the big thumb wheel on it? It won't tighten up? Is it stripped? Or is the receiver stripped out? You could replace that big screw with a bolt, you would lose your quick detach, Or if the receiver is stripped, you'll have to get it tapped out, and get the new bolt anyway, going up one size. and using a fine thread. It can be a screw, with a slot head or an allen head. Hope this helps.
