You will need to split the signal with a 900mgz splitter between the living room and other room. if your pic is fuzzy you have a bad splitter or bad cable, try replacing these one at a time and it should clear up. If your getting a sat pic but ti is fuzzy its for sure in the line somewhere fro teh splitter.

I would suggest hooking your main tv up via HD connections ( componet or hdmi) or RCA if you dont have HD. Then use the tv set out port to run a coax to 2nd tv direct and put that tv on chan 3 or 4. If yur getting a fuzzy pic now with splitter, it could be a splitter or cable issue.

Hi ZINISTER300Z there are somethings that can be done to resolve this issue, you want to make sure all yourconnections are tight from the receiver to the TV. And then you will want tounplug the receiver for 10 seconds to allow for full reset and after you plugback in the receiver it will acquire the signal and you will have a clearpicture.

To watch Dish Network in your room there a couple of different ways to do it. Unless that cable coming out of your wall is connected to a Dishnetwork reciever its useless. Now if the reciever in your living room is a dual tuner dvr than you can run a cable from one of the two outputs to your bedroom. In this scenario you can watch different channels at the same time. If it isnt a dual tuner then you can actually put a splitter on the cable coming out of the box to the tv(has to be on cable coming out of the reciever) and run it to your bedroom. In this scenario both tvs will show the same channel. In both cases you need a UHF remote(dual tuner DVRs come with one UHF and one infrared) that will allow you to change channels while in your bedroom. If you want HD programing on both tvs you will need to contact Dish Network to get a second reciever. its $7 more a month for a second reciever.

Hello! Daniel Busa with Dish Network here! Most likely your reciever is using our record plus feature. This sets the record default to always being on tv1 or always being on tv2. To fix this hit menu 8-5 go to disable hit select, go to done hit select delete the timer and set it up again.

If you have got a good aerial, the high gain type- see image, it should run all the TV's you say. Make certain you have decent cable coming off the aerial (the stuff they use for satalite dishes). Then buy some high quality splitters, to feed the TV's. Don't split the cable outdoors!

Comcast remote does not work after dark, works just find in day

I have had the same problem I have two bell receivers one in the bedroom and one in the living room, in low light the remote in the living room would work much like yours, but if I took the same remote into the bedroom it worked fine in low light, the second remote responded exactly the same, the problem in my situation was the TV had a light sensor that adjusts the picture depending on the light in the room, with this option turned off. The remote works just fine in low light situation.
