Good day,
If the evaporator is frosted up, it will prevent the air from getting to the fresh food compartment.
The defrost system that keeps the evaporator from freezing up has failed.
It is made up of three parts. 1, The main heater. 2. The defrost thermostat mounted on the top of the evaporator coil. 3. Defrost timer either mechanical or electonic.
Sorry, but that's the best info I can give you with the information you posted.

Gsc3pgxcfss warm fridge, freezer working fine, lights off in fridge

James, not sure I understand your message when you say both lights go off, but later say lights begin working. Do you mean they go off when you push the buttons at the door? And when you say no cold air comes from the freezer, is the freezer door closed? See if air begins flowing with freezer door open. If so it would indicate the return air path from the refrigerator to freezer is blocked.....damper staying closed or evaporator coil frozen up. The return air path has to be open to allow the freezer to keep sending out cold air to refrigerator when freezer door is closed. You might thoroughly defrost to make sure coil is not frozen.
If the door button for the refrigerator light is bad it can signal that the door is open all the time, so the freezer will never send cold air to the refrigerator. And that will be good news. Door switches are cheap. If you don't have a volt meter and know how to check switch, just remove the door switch from the refrigerator, leaving wires dangling, and close the door with a thermometer inside to see if it begins cooling (or just wait a while) I had that problem a year ago and was happy to find a bad door switch. More often it's a frozen coil, and that can be more expensive to fix. Sometimes you can discover a bad switch by pushing in the door button and the light stays on, but it doesn't sound like your situation.....sounds more like a frozen coil. If so, maybe all this extra information will help someone else.

In the freezer compartment, there is a heater tube that stops the freezer from freezing up. It is probably blown, and you need a replacement heater tube.

The refrigerator not cooling the freezer evaporator coil freezing the damper working but the fan tested good but would not come on the compressor is working find . why the fan not coming on?

Some models require the door to be shut for the fan to operate. Push the door switch in and see if the fan works. When you say the freezer coils are freezing. Are the frozen or ins there a layer of frost on them. Ice is bad if covering the coils. It prevents air circulation into the fridge. The freezer will also sometimes not activate the fan until freezer section is cold enough. It will than allow air to go into fridge compartment.

FRIDGE NOT COLD FREEZER WORKS FINE

Make sure the freezer fan motor is running. Remove the rear panel in the freezer and check for frozen coils. If coils are frozen replace the defrost heater and thermostat.
Check the air vents to the fresh food section, are they frozen closed?

Not getting cold, condenser dosn't sound like it's working, I hear a clicking sound like a relay but nothing turns on after the sound

If you hear a clicking sound, probably is the compresor trying to start ,if the condenser fan motor work ,first replace the relay wich is not expensive ,if it doesn't work you have a bad compresor.

Refrigerator.

If you have determined that the evaporator fan in back of the freezer compartment is running, then you might have a stuck or broken air diffuser. The diffuser acts like a damper to divert air into the refrigerator compartment. Sometimes they jam or break due to frost buildup.

Most newer GE fridges have dc fan motors controlled by a computer board. Sometimes the board just fails and sometimes the fan can cause the board to fail.

Freezer works fine but the fridge won't get cold

It sounds like cold air from the freezer isn't making it to the fridge compartment. This can be cause by a several things. The damper that lets air into the fresh food side is stuck in "closed" position, the temp sensor (t-stat) isn't working properly, the evaporator fan (in the freezer comp above the coils) isn't working to blow air up to the fresh food section. In some situations, the defrost cycle for the freezer section isn't working and the coils have frozen into a block of ice and air can't flow over them properly so you get not cold air to the fresh food section but the freezer still stays cold due to the block of ice.
