Question about Canon PowerShot A590 IS Digital Camera
You may have to make adjustments to your computers video card settings. The Gamma Correction setting in particular will make images brighter or darker depending on its seting. Assuming that you are using a Windows based computer, right click on your Desktop and choose Properties from the menu. Then click on the Settings tap, then the Advanced button where you may find an option for your particular video adapters settings. All systems are different so I can't be more specific, but you should be able to find it if you look around.
