Check to make sure steps are being counted. This tells the machine someone is using it. The step counter is in the center of the steps on most machine. It will sometime count intermittenly. Another thing to check is if the machine seems to be laboring more when you start to walk on it. This could be a sign that it needs lubricating. Check manual for lubricating proceedures.

There is a knob about halfway down or up, depending on how you are looking at it. You need to lift up or push up a little bit to take the weight off the locking pin, as soon as the weight is of it should pull out about 1/2 of and inch. Be careful ALL the weight of the walk deck is now in your hands. Be prepared to lower it, and use your second hand immediatly anfter you pull the locking pin out. After the walk platform starts to come down, let go of the locking pin, it has a spring to pull it back, but the pin only fits in ONE hole in the prop rod, so it wont grab on the way down. Some treadmills have a dampening shock to allow the lowering of the walk deck slowly, and some do not. So again BE CAREFULL, this could hurt you if it falls on you.

Hope this was helpfull

Have a 4.9 treadmill and cant get it to adjust if i loosen bolts in back it slips if i tighten bolts on motor it quits pulling when i put weight on it can you help

Ok I really need more info but let's take a stab at it. The bolts in the back of the rear roller adjust the belt right and left. It also tightens and loosens. Ok there is also a drive belt from the motor that needs to be tight. Generally you should be able to twist the drive belt about 45 degrees. If it's more than that it probably needs to be tightened. If this is loose it will affect the walking belt the same as the walking belt being loose. So when your walking belt is slipping, make sure you tightened the right belt. Tightening the wrong belt can lead to other problems. Tightening the walk belt with the rear roller- turn both bolts clockwise equally to tighten. Remember the walking belt will travel to side with least tension. So to center belt, adj left or right side to fine tune. If belts are adjusted properly and machine stops when you walk on it, you have other issues. Could be the deck ( the board under the belt) and belt or the motor.

Door locks stopped working, also lights do not work

ok first, the radio, if you pull radio out and remove the 10 amp fuse in the back of the radio for a few min it will reset the radio, then is "check" comes back on you need a new radio. now for the rest , it seems as though you have blown a fuse, there is a fuse panel under driverside dash. ignore what the panel says the fuses are for just look at or test them all and replace any bad fuses. another fuse block is near battery in engine compartment , check all of them to. this should fix it. if it doesn't let me know and i'll help walk you through any other testing needed. good luck.

Timing belt walks off

Quite often it is recommended that you change the timing belt tensioner and idler roller when you do this job. This engine has one of each. I suspect either one of these is bad, or when you removed what I like to call: "the hand grenade tensioner", it did not get re-mounted to the block correctly. This tensioner is that little nitrogen and oil filled cylinder that you have to put in a vice and slowly squeeze the pushrod back in, and then, you put a hardened steel pin back in it until the belt is all on correctly before you pull the pin. Not saying you, but some people try and re-mount this thing without compressing it and that can lead to problems.

Excavator track needs to be put back on

after the idler is pushed all the way back into the frame.try to put some wood blocks under the track to remove all the slack.use the bucket to push as much of the bottom section under the bottom rollers.use a heavy chain and pull up and over the top of the roller.when you get close you can use the drive to walk it the rest of the way.if it still doesnt go you may have to break the track at the master pin. this is usually marked with a small hole drilled in the end of the pin.heat and beat the pin out, break the track.pull track over top rollers and make ends meet on top of the srocket.use a chainfall to pull two halfs together and line them pin back in and your all set.

Does it happen all the time, with no connection to laundry quantity? In case of a positive answer, it sound like a shock absorber issue. Could be that it's moved from its place or become malfunction and should be replaced. Good luck
