Question about Televison & Video
You may have a part internally that is going bad. Inspect for leaking capacitors or swollen ones that need replacing. Also check for loose solders internally. The tv shutting off by itself may or may not be related to the jumping picture, you need to inspect the power supply circuit (first circuit after the power chord) for the same items and burnt parts. If there are none found. The board may be going out.
