I attempted to upload this manual to the Fixya site, however I was unable to do so. Here's the link to the instruction manual for the Euro-Pro Infinity Bagless Upright Model NV31. Insides you will find important information on how to maintain the vacuum, replace the vacuum belts, clean the filters, and very helpful trouble shooting suggestions if the vacuum ever gives you problems.
After you receive the parts, here's a link to the manual that will walk you through, step by step on how to replace both items if you have any questions, or need help: Shark Infinity Bagless Upright Owners Manual

Yea this is common on Euro-Pro parts and models unfortunately. Unlike most manufacturers, Euro-Pro does not provide part diagrams for their vacuums that have each part labeled. They only provide a list of the most popular items like the roller brush, filters, and or belts. When I looked up your model, I only found 3 parts available to us through Euro-Pro for your vacuum; These are the only 3 parts that are availble for all vacuum part stores to sell. Whether these parts are available for purchase or not directly from Euro-Pro, I'm not sure, but you may probably contact them and inquire how you are supposed to obtain these parts. You may reach them at 1-800-798-7398. Here are the only parts that are sold through parts distributors for your vacuum;

EU-20175 Brushroll
EU-1082FP HEPA FilterI'm sorry I couldnt help you further, Euro-Prois a strange company to deal with. If thiswas helpful to you, please be sure to ratethe repair. Thank you,Chris J.
i have to vacuum with the other handle(on canister) while breaking my back,and it sucks. this happened to me also but i spent good money on the thing and i have just learned to vacuum this way!
You might try sucking the sose out with another vacum from the wrong way. You might be able to remove the hose and push a broom handle or stiff wire through. If you have compressed air available, you could try that, outside.
Im sure you have a clog and if you remove it, you will be back in business.
