Question about HP LaserJet 4L Printer
The peice your looking to replace sounds like the input paper senor arm. The part is still available for purchase however can be a real bare for the novice to install. The part number is RF5-0601-000CN. The part is available Seattle Platen. Ask for Dale - 888-682-7780. Here's a crude scan of the service manual if you wish to repair the printer on your own. You will be pulling the cover, side motherboard, main base pan and power supply board to get to the flag. Not an easy job but it can be done if your careful.
Hope that helps you. :)
