How to flush power steering

Suction the fluid out of the fluid reservoir and fill with clean fluid then run the engine and turn wheel from left lock to right lock, shut down and repeat fluid replacement in the fluid reservoir, do this about 4 times and the system will be flushed. Never run the system with no fluid, the new fluid is the flushing agent, it is very detergent.

How do you adjust the clip so the water level increases?

You don't adjust the clip as it attaches to the pipe to automatic turn off the water at the right level, but your water may be set at to high a level that it overflows into the bowl. When that happens you can do 2 things to correct it: 1 at the wall where the cold water comes out to the toilet you can adjust it to slow the supply of water to a little less. 2. You can adjust the screw inside tank to tighten (turning screw one way) to adjust water level to shut off quicker or adjust tank screw the other way to fell take water up higher. Flush the toilet and observe the power of the flush. Allow the tank to fill until the water shuts off. Repeat the procedure to adjust the float and water level, if desired.

Need to flush and fill cooling system

You just drain coolant from radiator & replace every 3 years

Flushing is done at a repair shop & is not necessary

You can fill with water ,run awhile & drain again, to accomplish
the same thing

Coolant level ok no leaks new 195 deg. thermostat still very little heat from heater defective heater core?

I am assuming your vehicle has the pink antifreeze called Dexcool. This is the recommended coolant for all late model GM cars and trucks. This coolant tends to form a pasty sludge in the cooling system which can lead to overheating and/or plugged up heater core. Try flushing the cooling system with a good aftermarket product such as prestone radiator flush. First thing to do is drain all the pink coolant, then add the radiator flush and fill with plain water. Run the engine according to directions on the flush container. Drain the radiator again and refill with plain water. Run the engine for a few minutes and drain again. Keep repeating this until all the pink antifreeze has been eliminated. Fill the system with 2 gallons of green antifreeze. Make sure the antifreeze container says it is compatible with aluminum engine parts. Hope this helps. If it does, then you won't have to replace the heater core.

You can squeeze my radiator hose and feel it cracking. So i took it off and broke it lose and it was coated around the whole tube. Now one of my friends say's he thinks it's liquid glass.. My radiator cap...

Someone may have put some sort of stop leak in the radiator before you bought the car. Drain the coolant, flush the system, replace the thermostat, and fill it with a 50/50 mix of the approved antifreeze and distilled water. Be sure and bleed all air from the system.

We have an brand new Cimmaron two piece. It has only been in for a week. Twice the tank emptied compeltely on a flush and did not refill. We have to fill the tank manually to get things working. Once we do...

Sounds like the fill valve may have something stuck in the part that makes the water shut off. This can cause it not to refill as it doesn't let the inner mechanism work as it should. If your home is a little older and depending on the piping in the home it is possible in the change that some debris passed through the system when the water was turned on. Another possible issue is that when attaching the water to the tank the fill valve was turned to where the float for the mechanism is jammed against the side of the tank and is not moving freely with the water. If this is the case then the entire body of the fill valve will need to be twisted so the float can move freely. Aside from these things, you may want to simply replace the fill valve to avoid any further complications or issues. Don't worry, anyone can do it and is only about $10 to do. I recommend Fluidmaster brand, they come with really good instructions.

The tv shuts off by itself. I will turn it on..and after awhile, it just turns off by itself, and then after about a minute I can turn it on again and watch tv for awhile, and then it will do it again.

It seems that your unit has some sort of PSU fault, or a problem that is shutting down the Power Supply Unit, PSU. This happens so that no further damage, and possible fire will occur. The faulty component(s) are heating up, tripping the fault control, and shutting down, it cools down again, and will restart, then the process repeats, it will eventually fail fully.
You need to take the unit to a reputable service centre/man and ask for a firm "Quote" for the work to be done. It is that sound that gives it away, this is a typical switchmode Power Supply problem.

Washer Pauses and Shuts down Repeatedly

Check the cold water line into the unit. Remove the hose from the washer and clean the screen. flush the line while it is disconnected into a bucket or small garbage can. Your washer wont advance without a fill and most fills/rinses are with cold water
