Make sure that you didn't accidentally set the oven to clean in the future on timer. If you have a child safety lock, make sure that is off. Look for a little lock on your display. If it is the oven clean cycle, and you can't figure out how to reset, try setting it to go off within a few minutes and timing it to go off in 5 minutes. If all else fails, turn the switch off at the breaker box or unplug the oven. That should reset the timers/lock as long as they are digital.

Did self clean on my GE Profile Electric True Temp range - now the door will not unlock. Held the cancel button in for 3 seconds - no luck.. Any suggestions?

Do a hard reset of the control panel and locking mechanism. Unplug the cord, wait five minutes and then plug it in again. Try the door. You could also try to start another cleaning, interupt after 5 min hitting the clear/off button

Look for a microswitch connected to the lock mechanism at the back of the stove. The switch is probably broken.
