If you have removed everything and still no beep, that means that your MB doesn't start at all. The problem is either the CPU or the MB

Intel desktop board D845wN - no screen display

HI,

Switch on your computer and listen for a beeb sound.... if no beeb sound available then your Motherboard has a problem.

if beeb sound comes then switch off your computer and see for the loose contacts on motherboard.

eg. remove ram, clean ram socket and put back the ram

your problem may solved.

thanks

possible on first question but debatable to do it as something else could have caused them to blow
check the web for similar boards but I would not get similar I would get the latest one I could afford with CPU and change all drives and card over to it then you have a more up to date computer for minimum cost

Seems there is a loose wire, loose card, motherboard failure or mis-plugged wire. IS everything in right?

No screen display at all and no short beep for post-intel D845WN board

Try the old memory back in and see if you get the bios screen showing up, if not find the clear cmos jumper either marked JBat 1, clrclk, clrcmos or similar and try again. If neither your old memory or new no longer allows the pc to boot, i would say that the motherboard has been stressed when you have fitted the memory by forcing a flexing in the board and damaging the cmos chip, only replacing the board can resolve the issue if that is the case
