Question about Handmark Software MobileLists (950142) for PC, Mac
Unless it's wireless, you have to plug your device or your memory card into your computer and make sure that your computer "sees it." You can do that by checking for it by going to start, then My computer. It should be there. If it is, you should be able to open it (double click) & send it songs. Or, you can right click on a song file icon a drop the menu- go to send and find your device on the list of places.
Usually, the software that came with the player will tell you if you should load the software first before plugging the device in. Make sure you follow that direction.
If you can't see the device listed, take it out of the computer and shut the computer off. Plug it directly into a usb plug your computer, not a router. Restart the computer and see if the computer picks up a new device and follow those instructions.
If the computer registers the device and you still can't put music on it, you will have to tell me more about what exactly your problem is. If it is not knowing how or where to get music from the net, leave me comments and we'll go from there.
