Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.

How to add music onto my psp

Depends on what you mean by adding music. If you want to just add music files then you can just get mini USB to USB cord and connect to your computer. You'll need to put your psp into USB mode first though. Once connected to your computer you can just drag and drop your files into your psp memory card. Thier should be a music file already created in the memory card. As for getting music from a provider like spotify then I'm sorry to say but that's not possible. You could try the radio app on the psp. I'm not sure if it is still working but it doesn't hurt to try.

Normally when you connect usb from your computer it will automatically detect you psp.

The otherway is connect your psp using usb cable to your computer and then go to setting and choose USB mode. it will automatically view the folder of your psp.

My pc does not read my psp, how do i fix it.? do i need to install a psp driver.? where do i find such driver for free.?

Hook up your Sony PSP to your computer via a USB cable. Turn on the PSP and put it in "USB CONNECT " mode (it should display the words "USB CONNECT" on the PSP display during the entire time you're transferring files, and plug it in if you don't have a fully charged battery).

My psp cannot connect via usb mode

Hi rin1_02, Based onyour concern, I suggest trying the following steps: 1. Before you plug it in make sure the PSPis in USB connect mode. -->Also make sure the Memory Stick PRO Duo has been formatted for PSP. If it's notthis is how you do it: On themain menu, scroll all the way left to the "Settings" menu. Thenselect "System Settings." Then scroll to "Format MemoryStick" and press X. 2. Connect the PSP to your PC with a USBcable. 3. Press the "home" button on thePSP --> atthe lower left of the screen you can see the home button. 4. Use the left-right directional buttons tofind "Settings", then the up-down buttons to find "USBConnection" on the PSP. 5. Press the "X" button, your PSPshould display "USB Connection". 6. Please wait until your computer tells youthat a new USB device has been connected, then show you a new generic harddrive, usually E: or F: 7. Click on the drive letter thatcorresponds to the PSP unit. Hope ithelps, Thank youfor using FixYa.
