Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Actually guys, in using windows 7 you can select either ways of updating your operating but in your case i think you have chosen automatic updates that's why microsoft checks your key if it genuine or not that's the reason why it asks for a genuine license key. In removing it you must have a valid genuine license from microsoft or reformat your PC in order to remove that problem

Ask forgenuine microsoft software

Please go to the following link to run a genuine product diagnostic:

http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag

It will give you reasons for not being able to validate your copy of windows.

If the product key that is generated by WGA Diagnostic Tool differs from the original product key, you must change the product key back to the original product key. To change the product key, use the Windows Product Key Update Tool. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/selfhelp/PKUInstructions.aspx

Follow the instructions on the Web site, and then try to validate again.
