My My Lock 204D overlocker has never been used since I bought it brand new. When I switch it on, I have power and light but the balance wheel does not turn. It sounds as though the engine is straining, as though something is blocking the wheel from moving. Even when I don't press on the foot control I cannot turn the wheel manually at all. It seems to be completely frozen in place.
