Question about Motorola Mobility SLVR L7 Cellular Phone
This problem has something to do with the operating system (program) of the phone. But first, try performing a soft reset. Please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the battery from the back of the phone while it is turned ON.
2. Remove the SIM card and memory card (if there is).
3. Leave it off for about five (5) minutes.
4. Put the battery back and turn the phone back ON.
If same problem occurs, then you need to contact the manufacturer or the dealer and have them reformat the phone or upgrade the firmware of it and it should resolves the problem.
Have a great day!
