there are two cradles available for the 6300, one has two connectors should work when you put the phone in the cradle and switch on the key, the other has one connector and is bluetooth, this requires pairing, you will need to search for bluetooth devices and pair using code 1234. I have a similar problem, I can hardly hear my Nokia 3109C at full volume in the Bury carkit. The workshop told me that their Nokia worked fine, they suggested installing new firmware on my phone, however I have the latest version installed (7.21).
