Question about Samsung T239 Cell Phone
This is actually my granddaugher's phone. The problem began a couple of weeks ago. She can receive text messages fine, but when she clicks on Reply, the phone turns off, then comes right back on. She can compose a text message, but when she clicks on Send, the phone turns off, then comes right back on. I had her to clean out a bunch of saved message in case there was a "full memory" issue, but that didn't help that didn't change anything. I can't find any reference to this specific problem doing a web search, and the only thing I can think of to try is a "factory reset." Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
Master reset is best. take the battery out. look for a little white sticker onside the phone. if the stick is white call t-mobile. if the stick is not white you will need to replace the device
