You can go to safe mode to disable or remove one of them... upon turning on your laptop, continuously press F8 and when it gives you options just select safe mode using the UP or DOWN arrow keys... it will log you into your profile and disable all the system startup including the firewalls... you'll be able to disable or remove them by then...
