How can i convert 3d split screen to half sbs so i can watch 3d movies on my soniq E55S148 3d tv

I would suggest you know what you're talking about first
SBS means side by side It's not 3D SBS is a format to be used in conjunction with virtual reality headset/ goggles
If its HSSBS half screen side by side that you mean then that is for viewing on a small hand held device and you still need the VR goggles
So if you are downloading actual SBS you can't split it
If its HSSBS the file is too compressed to view on a TV
If its 3D format you need a 3D TV and use the 3D glasses
You can however use software to convert SBS to 3D format whilst its stored on the device you downloaded it to but when you play it on any TV it will have no 3d effect even with glasses
So until you sort out if its SBS or 3D you haven't got a hope
split screen 3d or simul view is only really meant to support two player games
More importantly you shouldn't have been such a cheapskate and invested in a proper TV Soniq uses a mix of branded and Chinese components that aren't 100% compatible so no amount of add ons ?or software upgrade will convert that piece of junk to anything that is capable of playing SBS HSSBS or 3D
If you want good quality adult movies you should pay to join a reputable site but if you choose to download pirated p?r? you can only expect to get what you pay for
My question for you is if you wanted to watch SBS why did you download in 3D and then want to convert back to a format that is not 3D?

Does my Sony kdl55w829b 55 inch HD 3D Smart tv have a built in 3D transmitter to use with the active 3D glasses ? If so how do you activate 3D viewing ?

This TV has the active 3D transmitter built in to it in some regions. It is included for the model sold in the U.K.

You need to register the Active 3D glasses before they will work with the TV. To register the glasses, turn on the TV and bring the glasses within .5m of the TV. Then press and hold the power button on the glasses for 2+ seconds (until the power button blinks alternating green and yellow). When the registration is successful, a message will show on the bottom of the TV and the green light will stay on for 3 seconds. This will need to be repeated if you use the Active 3D glasses with another TV and then use them again with this TV.

Now you need to activate the 3D feature on the TV. Press the 3D button on the remote or press the control bar on the Touchpad remote and slide the touch pad to the 3D icon and select it. Then choose your 3D option. You may also need to adjust the 3D display settings from the Home button. Press Home and select Settings. Then choose Display and then 3D.

The manual for the KDL-55W829B is available here: http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/KDL-55W829B . The Help Guide, http://download.sony-europe.com/pub/manuals/tvhc/14HE468112-EN-Print.pdf , has the information on using the 3D feature starting on page 56.

I hope this helps.

My 47 inch vizio 3dtv has issues with the 3d. There are two images and neither are in 3d. The glasses don't work.

You have to put the TV into 3D mode to view it by pressing the 3D button on the remote. Before you press that button, look at the screen... if you see two images side by side, then you would choose SBS... if the images are one on top of the other, then it is the over/under mode, or with Vizio,Top/Bottom option which is the "TB" icon. Once you have chosen this, the screen will inform you to put on your 3D Glasses.

What kind of TV supports 3D?

You need to look for TV's labeled 3D ready feature a screen capable of displaying 3D content, and have the necessary emitter built-in. One important thing to keep in mind is that you'll need more than just a 3D TV to watch 3D at home - you'll also need pairs of 3D Glasses for anyone watching, as well as a 3D video source, like a 3D Blu-ray movie.

Display looks like you need 3D glasses to view.

Sounds like a convergence problem. Especially since you said that the screen(picture)wasn`t linear anymore.

If the magic/touch focus function doesn`t clear the problem then your convergence modules may be faulty. They are used to align the three tubes (red/green/blue) deflection. If you feel handy with a soldering iron i could assist you in replacing them, otherwise you might need the help of a local repair tech. Hope this help. Good luck

Picture looks like 3D without 3D glasses on???

The cost I don't know, but this can be fixed. I'd say shop around a bit. Make sure the repair person is certified for your TV's manufacturer. There are generally 3 lamps in projection T.V.'s, Red, Green, and Blue. They have to be aligned for the TV to project a clear picture. A credible TV repairman should be able to fix it. Depending on if it's new enough to be under warranty they may cover it as well. Really the only reason to get rid of it is if you want to get a new TV anyway. Depends on the cost of having the lamps aligned.
