Question about Vizio 42 in. LCD TV
Thanks for using FixYa. This is happening due to the power board or the X-sus board. However, this usually happens due to the Power board. You'll need to disassemble the TV to be sure where exactly the issue is. If its the power board, then you'll be able to see swollen/bulged capacitors on the board.
However, if its a X-sus (logic board) then you'll need to check the connector cables connected to it and also the components connected on the board. You'll need a multimeter to check these things out.
