Question about Car Audio & Video
I need to know what each color wire is from a delco radio out of my 1989 GMC sierra K1500. There are 6 different wires each with a different color. White, orange, red, yellow, black, and tan.
Red is power when switch is turned on. Orange is power all the time (runs the clock and radio presets when vehicle is turned off). Black is ground. The other wires are for the speakers and there should be 4 wires. You only have 3 remaining wire colors so there must be one missing. 2 wires per speaker=4 wires. Check again and add to this post.
