Use the Sansa Media Converter. If you don't have the SMC, you can get it from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I have asansa accessory. i saw that is some

this like your media player can not play a video
or maybe the video that you insert to your media player is not video that supported by your media player, and it mean you must insert the video file that supported by your media player

Video Problem

Use the Sansa Media Converter to convert the video to a format the Sansa can handle. If you've lost the SMC, you can download the Windows version from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0

When I do a video or voice recording and play it back there is no sound

My Sansa e260, came refurbished with no program for it. I just downloaded one, but now my computer will not show me the contents of my Sansa? Is there a better way to get a program for my Sansa? I'm just incapable of removing/adding music to it at the moment, and it's frustrating!

I have the sana e260 and i downloaded the sansa media converter but when i tell it to convert video files it says my sansa cannot play video and i need to download quicktime

the video is most likely in quicktime format. The sansa should play mp4 video which quicktime can create.

my only guess is the sansa software isn't that good anyway. You can try using a program like super or handbrake.
