When I depress and hold the trigger to release the water it is normally pressurized in a steady stream. With this problem, the water stream is pressurized then not pressurized. I have tried pumping the trigger, but to no avail????

Cuts in and out while you are pulling the trigger, or just right when you pull the trigger at first?

Usually caused by a supply problem, make sure you have enough water comming into the pump and that the screen in the connection is clean

Water won't go through pressure washer, even with the water on and the pressure hose off the machine, no water comes through the pressure washer.

Back behind the water outlet tube are components that have small orifices that become clogged from lime, clay, mud and other contaminants. Mud and clay mostly from well water. I've had over 60 pressure washers in the past three years. I bought them because they didn't work and I would repair the pumps unless they were cracked, then I would buy new pumps to install. It would help to know the pump model details or even the make. Faip, Himore, Annovi Reverberi etc...or even the pressure washer model number as long as it is the original pump. If it is an Annovi Reverberi then it could also be a bad shutter valve. Now there is a revised design of the shutter valve. The part number for that valve is AR42497.

No pressure build up from pump

looks like this is a small triplex pump.ensure the pump is acually turning over with the power unit and the love joy coupler is working properly and there is no stripped out key ways ect. was the hose jumping before the loss in presure? this could indicate a washed out in the intake or dischage valve. or debris hung up there in. check the pressure relief valve/unloader valve for proper function may be the pressurised water stream from the hose is by passing .repair /replace as required.

I have a Karcher K3000 G Annovi XMV 3G30. The pressure control bar that you turn one way to increase pressure is stuck and won't turn either way. Does anyone know what could be wrong

these valves are preset at maximum pressure rating and locked with a nut inside of handle some have a cap on top increasing or tightening valve for more pressure may not be wise due to the fact that if you over tighten it may not unload causing pump failure. lose pressure is normally caused by either a worn nozzle or seals.

How do I remove the pump" ANNOVI MODEL XTV from the engine on an EX-CELL pressure washer model # WGC 203 1? I want to work on the engine and don't want to damage the pump.

they are almost always on keyed shafts with maybe 4 bolts on a flange. remove the bolts and see if the pump slides off.... we have had many seized together and requiring extreme measure to part them (big hammer)

Do you use 4 cycle oil or 2 cycle oil for pressure washer EXH2425?

For your model pressure washer you should not be using 2 or 4 cycle oil. You need to use the following:

Model # EXH2425 P 2400PSI 2.5GPM 5.0HP HO
PUMP TYPE OIL TYPE OIL CAPACITY

**Annovi Reverberi (XMV) 30W non detergent 13.5 oz.

**Annovi Reverberi (RKV) 30W non detergent 18.54 oz.

Do you recognize part No PP1300 as being an ANNOVI pressure washer?

The part number you have listed is not a valid AR pump number. It appears to be a small submersible pump from another company. I am an AR dealer located in Portland, Oregon.
