I instslled new delta single shower faucet ,the water is running for 5 to 10 sec even if the shower handle is in off position

Sounds like someone did not remove the plastic valve assembly before soldering the valve body to the copper piping.
That or the valve body needs cleaned out. It is common for debris to get knocked lose when doing installations on old plumbing.

I installed a new Delta shower valve. When I turn the handle to mix the warm and hot water it vibrates like a jack hammer. Is the water presure to high or is the valve bad.

It is due to the water pressure. You may need to install
a pressure relief valve at your main cold water line, so
you can set the water pressure and prevent your valve from vibrating, that is it it is annoying you,.Otherwise,
just let it be..

My GS thermostatic valve in my shower is slowly but surely losing its ability to keep the temperature hot. I have to turn the temp up higher and higher to keep it comfortable and now it is all the way up...

Chances are that the thermostatic motor or element is failing and probably needs to be replaced. It will be necessary to turn off the water (hot and cold) to the shower valve, remove the handle, maybe the decorative plate (will depend on your model), then remove the valve assembly. If it's a cartridge, you willl need to remove the center clip and pulll the unit out with a pair of pliers. They do make a removal tool, but you may not need it. If the valve is a flange type, you will probably need to remove three to four screws and then genetly pry the valve out of its mounting. With this type of valve, there may be an "O" ring around the assembly that should be replaced so keep that in mind.

Some thermostatic valves can be repaired by replacing their individual components. Again, it will depend on your model.

Take the assembly to your local hardware or home improvement center along with as much information as you can, and have them match up the part(s).

Re-assemble the valve, then turn the water on before you re-install any handles or plates and check for leaks as well as proper operation. You can just slip the handle over the valve stem to test.

About every 3 months, the shut-off valves on my Grohe shower valve begin to leak. I've replaced the valves several times, but it still happens. Can I get replacement o-rings?

it sonds like you need to adjust your prv[ presure reducing valve ] , as to much preasure sonds like the culpret. and yes replacement orings are usualy available thru your local dealer, but you won't find them at a hardware store like say home depot or home hardware.
