Question about Televison & Video
This is either due to a faulty control board or faulty power supply. I first would check power supply by using a voltmeter and testing the wire connections where supply wires meet the main control board. There should be power. If not, the supply is faulty. If there is power in range, then I would test main control board with an ohmmeter to see if there is any power to and from the panel.
