Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Web site backfill.ph.affinity.com keeps coming up every time I open my aol e mail account. How do I stop this

I found the real answer to this problem on another site. In Windows 7, go into Control Panel, Internet Options, Security, Restricted Sites, Sites. Add backfill.ph.affinity.com as a restricted site.

This really works, once and for all, and makes the problem go away immediately.

My internet explor has blocked pages from certain wesites how do i fix?

Depending on the way that the Internet Explorer Web browser's "Security" settings are configured, the browser may be blocking your access from certain pages.

The browser itself (based on information from Microsoft) may have deemed these pages insecure and dangerous, or you may have accidentally blocked the page yourself.

You can stop Internet Explorer from blocking websites by going through the program's "Security" settings page.

Open Internet Explorer.

Click "Tools."

Click "Internet Options."

Click "Security."

Click on the "Restricted Sites" icon and then the "Sites" button.

Click on the name of the website that you do not want blocked anymore, from the list of restricted sites.

Click "Remove." Click "OK" to save your changes and Internet Explorer will no longer be blocking that specific website.

Hope this helps

Facebook is blocked from my computer on IE and Mozella. I used to could get on. What have I done wrong?

Most likely it has somehow been marked as a rogue website by someone who added that website to the restricted websites in your web browser security settings.

You can find out by,

1. First right click on the IE explorer icon on your desktop, and then select "Internet Options" at the bottom of the drop down menu.

2. Then select the "Security" tab.

3. You should see a zone box with "Internet", "Local Intranet", "Trusted Sites", and "Restricted Sites".

4. Select the "Restricted Sites" and then select the "Sites" button right under the zones box and the restricted sites will then be displayed.

5. You should see two boxes, an "Add This Website To The Zone" and "Websites:" (do not add that web site that you are on to the restricted zone unless you want that web site to be restricted).

6. Scroll down through the list of restricted websites in the "Websites" box and see if you can locate Facebook on the restricted sites list, and if you find it then select it and then select the "Remove" button, then select "Apply" and then "OK" and then you should have access to that website again.

How to unblock a website withou having to install

Right click on Internet Explorer, or from your browser select tools, and then from the bottom of the drop down menu select (Internet Options). Then from the internet options select the security tab, and you should see the four internet zones, (Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites, and Restricted Sites).

Select the (Restricted Sites), and then select the (Sites) box under the Internet zones box. The Restricted Internet Sites will be displayed with the web page that you are on in the (add this website to the zone) box, (do not add the web that you are on unless you want it to be restricted).

In the lower box it is marked (Websites:), scroll down through the restricted sites until you find the web site that you want to remove from the restricted site zone, select the web page from the list then select the remove button.

That web site should now no longer be restricted or blocked, but if it was on your restricted sites then it might be a rogue web site and you should not use that web site or your PC might become compromised.

you may have both sites set as restricted in your browser... you have to check your browser & antivirus security settings to be sure you don't have either site 'blacklisted'. also, if you're told your system is infected, you need to do a full scan on your computer.

Im not maneging to dounlode filse of the enternet this is only on one web site (that i have notest) the fiels are about 5-20MB big

The problem is more than likely in your settings. Click on the tools up top, then click on internet options, and then click on security. Check your settings for internet, local internet, and also check restricted sites. Perhaps the website from which you are trying to download from, somehow got added to the restricted site.

Good luck to ya.
