Question about Roper RAX7244KQ Top Load Washer
Make sure there is adequate pressure at the supply faucets. The supply hoses should have filter screens on the supply ends that may be plugged with debris from the water supply. Reverse the hose ends and try to flush the screens into a bucket. Check the inlets to the washer for similar screens that may be plugged. The screens may or may not be removable--if not, open the top of the machine, remove the solenoid pack for the inlets and blow them out in reverse with compressed air. If all else fails, replace the solenoid pack.
