My phone wont turn on or charge!! when i plug in the charger only the LG logo comes on and nothing else happens! Even after taking out my memory card i plug in the charger but nothing happens.

hi,

have you tried removing the battery?

most probably, your phone software crashes or corrupted. we can do nothing about it unless we have a special gadget used to fix mobile phones and buying it cost so much for that purpose only.

To save time and money, I recommend to have it reformat at your nearest service center or dealer if it still has the warranty or to trusted mobile phone repair shop.

Hope I helped you in some other ways.

Don't forget to rate me. Thanks...

Best regards,

John

My motorola I465 will not turn on it was on last night...is this a battery issue

Hi, if you plug it into the charger it should work even if the battery is no good, if it dont work then the chances are the firmware has crashed and if this is the case you will need to take it into a phone shop to have it reflashed and then you should be able to use it again

let me know if you need further assistance ok

plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

My phone has basically crashed.

Pull the battery out of your phone for 1 minute. Put the battery back in the phone and then put the phone on the charger. Let it charge for 2 hours and see if it comes back online properly.

Good luck! :)

Computer crashed I nee to transfer my music from juke to computer

Download the desktop software from another PC and you can find the desktop software for your Samsung SCH-U470 on the manufacturer's website.

Once your have completed that step, set up your data transfer again, retrieving songs from your device back to your PC (like drag and drop).

I would recommend (since your computer has crashed) using another PC that you can trust, downloading and transferring. This may seem a little inconvenient, but it is your only option at this point.

MotoKrzr phone wont turn on!

Try plugging your phone into the charger and leaving the battery out. If it works, you simply need a new battery. Verizon customer support is 611 from your cell phone or (888) 294-6804.

Samsung mp3 player crash

Hi undercover. I don't have experience of your actual model, but I've had a similar thing happen to my Inovix MP3/4 player when it crashed (also crashing my whole computer!) and went completely 'dead'. Plugging it into the USB port had no effect - no charge symbol and the computer didn't even acknowledge something was being plugged in. Basically, I kept on trying every time I was on the computer! 2 days later, I plugged it in and 'ding-dong' Windows XP recognised something was in the USB port. I then carried out a Firmware re-load using the supplied disc, and my player burst into life! Firmware crashes are pretty common with various players, I believe. Depending on how old your player is, try the manufacturer's website to see if they've updated the Firmware. Good luck.
